We offer worldwide shipping from the United States via USPS. Please review the following for full details on how your order will be processed and delivered.
Order Processing
Standard orders are processed within 3–5 business days, excluding holidays.
Express & Priority orders placed before 5 PM CST will ship the next day (excluding Sundays and holidays).
Tracking information will be sent via email once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
All domestic orders are shipped using USPS:
First-Class Mail (under 14 oz): Estimated delivery in 1–5 business days after dispatch
Priority Mail (14 oz and above): Estimated delivery in 1–3 business days after dispatch
Ground Advantage: Estimated delivery in 2–5 business days after dispatch
International Shipping
International orders are also shipped via USPS. Delivery time frames vary by country and courier.
We are not responsible for international delivery delays caused by customs or couriers.
Customs Duties & Taxes
Duties, VAT, and other import fees are not included at checkout and are determined by your country’s customs office.
These fees are the responsibility of the buyer and must be paid upon delivery.
If customs fees are refused and the package is abandoned, no refund will be issued.
Please note: Couriers such as DPD, Royal Mail, and DHL do not deliver to P.O. boxes. Please provide a valid street address when checking out.
Item Preparation
All orders are shipped insured and tracked. Some pieces may require additional time for delicate or intricate cleaning and preparation, which may result in slight delays. Your patience is appreciated.
We take pride in curating high-quality, one-of-a-kind pieces. However, some items may show signs of age, such as loose threads and/or loose or missing beading. These details will always be clearly disclosed in the item description prior to purchase. By completing your purchase, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
Return & Exchange Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Only exchanges and store credit are available on a case-by-case basis.
Returns are accepted only if an item is not as described.
To initiate an exchange, you must contact us within 2 days of the delivery date.
Example: If your package is marked delivered on 4/26/2025, you must contact us by 4/28/2025 to initiate an exchange.
We reserve the right not to honor return or exchange requests submitted beyond the 2-day notification window.
If your return or exchange is approved:
You will receive instructions for sending the item back.
Items must be returned in original, unworn condition, with all tags attached and packaging intact.
Items must be received within 14 days of initiating the process.
A 20% restocking fee will be automatically applied to any item received after this window.
A 20% restocking fee will also be applied to any item not returned in its original condition.
Unauthorized returns will not be refunded. No exceptions.
Store Credit & Exchanges
We do not offer refunds.
Store credit or exchanges are available on a case-by-case basis.
If your return is accepted and you choose store credit, it is guaranteed.
If there is a price difference between exchanged items, the difference will be issued as store credit only.
Exchanges are subject to item availability at the time of your request.
In the event of a store closure, any unused store credit will be refunded to your original form of payment.
For example: If you have $155 in store credit at the time of closure, that amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service or shipping insurance, as we cannot assume responsibility for lost or damaged returns.
We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet these conditions.
